How to attach orders to your account

If you purchased items as a guest before June 2020, your orders must be attached to an account before you can download the item again.

The following steps will walk you through attaching guest orders to your account.

Step 1:

Sign in to your account.

Step 2:

Enter the PayPal account email address used at checkout. The email address you enter must be exactly the same the one associated with your PayPal account at the time the orders were placed. The order attacher tool will send you an email with attach links for any orders it finds.

If you do not receive an email, please contact support for assistance.Click on the Downloads tab to go to the item downloads page.

Step 3:

While signed into your account, Once the orders are attached to your account, they will be found on the purchase history page.Click on the Download link next to the item you want to download.your account.Legacy orders
